The short version
By using Mitsuru (the app at
mitsuru.ai) or the free Network Graph tool (at mitsuru.ai/network-graph), you agree to these terms. We're a small team trying to be good actors — these terms protect both sides. If you have questions, email hello@mitsuru.ai.Who provides Mitsuru
Mitsuru is a product of Ronin Data Solutions (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a Texas company.
The free Network Graph tool
- The Network Graph at
mitsuru.ai/network-graphis free to use. No account required to upload + render a graph; an email is required to receive the welcome email with top intros. - You may use the tool for personal, business, or research purposes. You may not upload chats you don't have permission to share with us, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the tool, or use it to harass or de-anonymize anyone.
- We may rate-limit, queue, or temporarily disable the tool to manage cost or prevent abuse. We may discontinue the free tier at any time.
The Mitsuru app
- The Mitsuru app is provided on a subscription basis. Plans + prices are shown at mitsuru.ai/#pricing.
- By signing up, you authorize Mitsuru to access the third-party integrations you connect (GoHighLevel, Fathom, Fireflies, Google Workspace, etc.) on your behalf, subject to the scopes you grant.
- You remain the owner of your data — your contacts, transcripts, notes, and the records Mitsuru derives from them. We act as a processor on your behalf.
- You can cancel anytime. We'll stop billing at the end of the current period and your data is purged within 30 days of account deletion (see the Privacy Policy for details).
Your responsibilities
- You agree not to use Mitsuru to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) — even through your connected Gmail or GHL account.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-export the Mitsuru service in ways that go beyond your own account's data.
- You agree that you have the right to connect any integration credentials you provide us, and you'll keep them secure.
AI output disclaimers
Mitsuru uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Voyage) to generate summaries, categorizations, draft emails, and other content. AI output can be wrong. Always review drafts before sending. We're not responsible for the consequences of unreviewed AI-generated content sent under your account.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages (GHL, Anthropic, Resend, Render), and bugs happen. We'll communicate planned downtime via the app or email when possible.
As-is, no warranties
Mitsuru is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Mitsuru is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We can terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, including abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. You can stop using Mitsuru at any time by deleting your account or simply not visiting the free tool.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms when our practices change. Material changes will be announced via email (for app users) or via a notice on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
