Who we are

Mitsuru is a product of Ronin Data Solutions, a Texas company. The free Network Graph at mitsuru.ai/network-graph and the Mitsuru app at mitsuru.ai are operated by us. Questions: hello@mitsuru.ai.

The Network Graph tool — what we do with your uploaded chat

  • Your chat file is processed in memory and discarded. We do not persist the raw text of any file you upload to mitsuru.ai/network-graph to disk, blob storage, or any external service. The body is held in RAM long enough to parse + categorize and then evicted.
  • What we DO temporarily cache: a SHA-256 hash of the file body (for ~1 hour) so that a repeat upload of the same exact file returns the same result without re-running Claude. The hash is not reversible to the original chat.
  • What we DO log: per request — your IP address (hashed), the byte count of the upload, the SHA-256 hash of the body, and the route called. We do not log message content, names from the chat, or any text from inside the file.
  • If you submit your email to receive the welcome email, we store: your email (lowercased), the timestamp, a hashed version of your IP, your user agent string, and a derived summary of the graph (participant count, referral count, the top-3 inferred intros). We do not store the chat itself.

Cookies + tracking

The marketing site at mitsuru.ai does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. We may add a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as PostHog or Plausible) in the future — if we do, this section will be updated and you'll see a notice in the footer.

The Mitsuru app — what we collect from signed-in users

The Mitsuru app integrates with GoHighLevel and the meeting + comms stack you connect (Fathom, Fireflies, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive). When you sign up:
  • We store your account info (name, email) via Clerk.
  • We store API credentials you give us (e.g. GHL API key, Google OAuth tokens) so we can read on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • We store the contact records, meeting transcripts, calendar events, and notes that the integrations surface. These live in a secure database in the US.
  • We do not read your email inbox. We may scan Gmail on request to extract meeting-related messages, and we send outbound messages through Gmail or GHL on your behalf.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not use your data to train shared AI models. Calls to Anthropic / Voyage / other providers go via their commercial APIs, where retention is governed by their terms (Anthropic does not train on commercial API traffic).
  • We do not share your contacts or transcripts with other Mitsuru customers.

Retention + deletion

  • Network Graph leads: stored until you ask us to delete them. Email hello@mitsuru.ai with the address you signed up under and we'll delete the row within 7 days.
  • App data: when you disconnect a Mitsuru integration, the data pulled through that integration is purged within 30 days. When you delete your account entirely, all your data is purged within 30 days.

Children

The Mitsuru app + free tool are not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
